Conveniently located near major road with easy access to transportation. Friendly and welcoming host allowed for early check-in, providing a much-needed rest. Spotless room with comfortable bed, equipped with a microwave and fridge, and well-stocked with toiletries and beverages.
Limited parking options with the nearest one being 800m away. Absence of breakfast could be problematic for late arrivals.

I loved the garden views from my room, it was like having my own private oasis. The proximity to London City Airport made my departure a breeze. Cockfosters being 15km away gave me the perfect excuse for a scenic drive!
Oh, what's not to love about having to shut the window at night to keep the noise from the major road out? It's like having my own peaceful cocoon.

The place was clean and well looked after, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I especially appreciated the early check-in that the helpful staff allowed me to have. the peacefulness of the surroundings ensured a quiet and undisturbed stay.
The proximity to a major road meant that shutting the window at night was necessary to avoid any noise disturbances. the lack of nearby restaurants could pose a problem for those arriving late and in need of food options.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It made for a great night's sleep during my Christmas stay.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, especially for those arriving late and looking for nearby restaurants. It may be difficult to find a place to eat if you don't plan ahead or have your own transportation.

The addition of a microwave and fridge was a great bonus. the host provided a wide range of toiletries in the bathroom, and there was bottled water and a good selection of tea and coffee in the fridge. Great value for money!
The stairs were too steep for individuals with walking difficulties and there was no parking available, which meant a long walk with luggage. the shared bathroom and lack of a basin in the room were inconvenient.

A fireplace in the double room: Imagine cozying up next to the crackling fireplace, sipping a hot cup of tea, feeling like you're in a classic English novel. It was the perfect touch of warmth and charm on a chilly evening.
No breakfast: Breakfast lovers might miss the convenience of a morning spread, but there are plenty of nearby cafes and eateries to explore in the charming town of Waltham Cross.
